Gold custody & legal review

This page states plainly who would hold the metal, where it would be kept, who checks it exists, and where the legal review of gold purchase stands. Every line is filled in from evidence an administrator has actually seen — anything not yet evidenced is marked as such rather than described in general terms.

Reference prices — live

The gold price shown across AWG is a live market reference. It is a quote, not an offer to buy or sell.

Gold purchase — not enabled

No gold is offered for sale through AWG yet. Nothing here lets you buy, hold or withdraw metal.

Custody record — not on file

No custody provider has been recorded, so there is no place your gold could be stored.

What has to be true before gold purchase opens

  • A named custody provider
  • Its licence or registration number
  • The regulator that supervises it
  • Where the metal is stored
  • An independent audit firm
  • The date of that audit
  • Evidence the metal actually exists
  • A legal review recorded as approved

Until every line above is filled in and the legal review is approved, AWG does not sell gold, and no gold-related reward, holding or payout is offered.
